**HOME BASED PART TIME FLEXI HOURS PROPERTY INSPECTOR**

**The Role**

To be available to visit, inspect and dictate reports on the condition of residential rental properties along the M3 Corridor, Surrey, Hampshire & Berks completing mínimal administration at home.

We supply you with inspection appointments.

**You**

You will be a reliable, well presented, well spoken, confident person with a very keen eye for detail and an excellent command of English both verbally and written. You will be a confident Apple Ipad, Microsoft PC, Tablet user. A background/interest in property/construction would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

**Tools**

You must have a driving license, modern reliable private transport and home Internet connection. We supply the computer hardware and software required.

**The Hours**

Flexible weekday hours (occasional Saturdays), you control your availability although

Mondays and Fridays are usually our busiest days. First appointments usually start from 10am latest appointments usually finish upto 5pm. Some of our current team have other part time non associated work/personal interests which we can look to work around.

**The Pay**

Rates of pay are good for the hours, based on the number of appointments attended. Once trained, the more inspections you complete the more you will earn.
