**Position;**Quality Inspector / Quality Technician

**Salary**: £28,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus overtime, benefits and opportunities to progress

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 6:30am till 4pm and Friday 6am till 1pm

**Location**: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

**Responsibilities**

Working in a state of the art and modern factory, your role in the Quality Inspection team will include;
- Perform mechanical inspection on parts, sub assemblies and top level assemblies. Using standard measuring equipment, shadowgraph and CMM.
- Ensuring Quality standards are maintained and QMS procedures are followed correctly.
- Inspecting finished product prior to release under Delegated Quality Release for key customers.
- Preparing customer reports, certificates and raising release order documentation.
- Maintaining Quality records and KPI data related to Quality Release.
- Maintaining customer delegated release inspection logs.
- Verifying incoming receipt materials and finished product from sub-tiers.
- Involvement in Quality investigations.
- Regularly liaise with production staff, engineers, management and other members of the Quality department over quality issues.

**Requirements**:

- We require someone with a quality inspection background, working in either a Quality Technician or Quality Inspector.
- Ideally experience working in Aerospace, however other manufacturing environments will also be considered, as long as you have quality inspection experience.
- Good working knowledge of quality inspection and tools and measuring equipment.
- If you have experience on CMM or shadow graphs, this is desirable but not essential.
- Working in an environment where you work to tight tolerances such as micros, this is also desirable but not essential.
- Great work ethic and keenness to be part of a great team and company.
