Join an established and rapidly growing business in Stevenage, Hertfordshire as their new Marketing Officer.

You'll be joining a friendly team, in a company that offers hybrid working and good opportunities to build your skillset in marketing and progress. The business deliver custom software solutions and you'll be creating marketing campaigns to help them grow.It's a business with big ambitions and marketing is important to them so your voice will be heard and and great ideas appreciated. So if you join them and have ideas about new social media platforms they could be using, or relevant events and exhibitions theycould be attending that you want to get involved with they'll appreciate your fresh view.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help implement the overall marketing strategy, and be responsible for executing marketing activities including their digital presence and internal communications. The role will include, but not necessarily belimited to:

- Managing their social media presence specifically Twitter and LinkedIn - and implementing any other recommended platforms
- Planning, executing and monitoring social media campaigns
- Lead on internal communications, including writing the weekly newsletter, staff surveys, team building activities, staff socials, etc.
- Lead the development of their Corporate Social Responsibility activities, including relationship management, identifying opportunities, organising events, etc.
- Co-ordinating with the wider teams to produce written content - such as blog posts, case studies, and data sheets
- Assisting with the planning and executing of marketing events, such as webinars, seminars and partner forums
- Make use of the marketing material and co-branding opportunities made available by their partners.

To be successful in this role you would bring:

- Experience of creating and executing social media content
- Basic graphic design capabilities and Photoshop skills desirable
- Experience of the fundamentals of digital marketing, specifically SEO and social media
- Adept at writing creatively and clearly about technology-based solutions and services (SaaS) - Press releases, blog posts, case studies, and product data sheets
- Experience of using customer relationship management software (CMS /CRM), and marketing automation tools
- The flexibility to visit customer and partner sites throughout the UK & Ireland

Due to the location of this role and hybrid working this role could be suitable for those willing to travel into the office 2-3 days a week within a 30-45 minute commute to this office in Stevenage. This could include Marketing Assistants, Co-ordinators, Officersor Executives living in Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Dunstable, Ampthill, Bedford, Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, South Cambridge, Hertford, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Herpenden.
