The business operates across both B2B and D2C channels and is known for quality, innovation and long-standing partnerships within the foodservice and retail sectors.With significant growth plans and major brand activity happening next year, plus a move to a brand-new purpose-built head office, this role sits at the heart of an ambitious, creative and fast-paced environment.The RoleYou’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and brand activity while managing a talented team of three. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution.Working cross-functionally with Sales, NPD, Supply Chain and Customer Experience, you’ll shape how the brands show up across digital, trade, and customer channels.What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsLeading brand planning, positioning and marketing activity across the portfolioManaging and developing a marketing team of threeSteering agency partners across design, PR, advertising, content and digitalSupporting NPD and lifecycle marketing through insight-led recommendationsEnsuring product and brand information is accurate and up to date across all platformsReporting on KPIs and contributing to wider commercial planningWe’re Looking ForFMCG marketing experience (food & drink ideal)Experience managing people and external agenciesStrong brand marketing capability with proven campaign deliveryA blend of creativity and commercial thinkingDigital skills (SEO/SEM, social, ecommerce, Amazon)Excellent project management and attention to detail
