**Job Summary**
Back Care Solutions provide ergonomic office and mobility equipment to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK. Due to a period of rapid growth, we are now looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to provide administrational support within our busy sales team.
Experience in this role is not essential, however, it does require somebody with the same values as Back Care Solutions. These are; customer focused, strong communication, results driven, reliable with a hardworking attitude and motivated.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Contacting customers by telephone to follow up on quotes and try to secure the order
Quality controlling assessor reports & sending onto customers
Providing online support to customers via online chat feature
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
Taking incoming telephone calls, actioning or responding to queries in a timely fashion
Updating excel spreadsheets with key performance indicators and management info (Both internal and for customers)
Raising customer orders and sending order acknowledgements
Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of orders
General office administration and duties
Providing support with any other ad-hoc tasks requested by the business
**Desired Skills**
Able to work as part of a team
Interpersonal skills to offer support and influence
Ability to use IT systems and record data
Good Communication skills both written and oral.
Able to work on own initiative with moderate supervision
Good organisational skills
The ability to work quickly and efficiently
Ability to learn new skills
Able to work collaboratively with managers and other team members
Ability to prioritise work, with conflicting demands
Experience with Microsoft packages as well as Sage accounting systems would be advantageous but not essential.

**Additional Benefits/Other Info**
28 days holiday plus paid Christmas shut down
Quarterly Bonus Scheme
Monthly early Friday finish
Hours: 40 hours p/week (8:30am - 5pm)
**Salary**: Up to £22,500.00 per year
