The purpose of this role is to work as part of our in-house embroidery and print team, to complete retail and wholesale orders for school wear and sportswear garments.

Primary responsibilities:

- Preparing for embroidery including removing packaging, framing garments, changing thread colours and loading designs
- Setting up and monitoring the embroidery process on the machine
- Finishing garments including removing any production marks and preparing orders for dispatch to customers
- Performing regular machine inspections and reporting any issues
- Printing of garments using our in house printing equipment and cutters
- Keeping track of work orders and updating records
- Helping to ensure that the department is kept clean and tidy
- Any other reasonable duties as required by management

A successful applicant should have:

- Experience in embroidery and/or design software is advantageous, but not essential as full training on our models/versions is provided
- Enthusiasm for developing process and product knowledge
- High levels of concentration
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using IT and using/learning basic production software
