A well-established estate agency firm is now seeking a talented property professional to join their brand as they expand to Swindon and neighbouring areas.

You must be hungry for success, have great knowledge of the local property market and creative with an excellent eye for detail

**Purpose of the Job**:
You will be responsible for your own 'patch' of neighbourhoods in Swindon with around 15,000-20,000 properties in total.
To be the face of the brand, establishing yourself at the 'go-to' person to provide property Sales and Lettings services.
To build and maintain your own territory in all Sales and Letting business in the allocated area.

**Main Duties**:
To run and establish an area within the business.
To look after each property from initial contact through to the sale completion.
Qualifying and following up leads and opportunities.
To carry out market appraisals, write marketing details, conduct viewings, sales negotiation and sales progression.

Someone with estate agency experience that currently lives in Swindon is preferable.
Excellent customer service skills.
You must have a genuine ambition to succeed within the industry.
Excellent IT skills.
Knowledge of the industry in all aspects of sales and lettings.
Clean Drivers licence and use of your own car.

**Training Structure**:
Full Training provided.
1 week programme via their head office accompanied by online training and on-the-job training.

**Package**:
Basic salary with a generous commission element - 16,000 - 50,000
