**About the role**
The Dynamics Functional Consultant will be responsible for the day to day Dynamics 365 implementation, including the training and supporting of end users. They will design, build and test changes to MS Dynamics 365 in line with the business requirements.
They will engage with the development team and the wider business to support continuous improvement in corporate reporting, including building and enhancing reports built in Microsoft Power BI. They will also utilize Microsoft Power Automate to integrate data from other systems across the organisation.
**You will suit the role if you have**
- _Experience administering Dynamics 365 CRM systems:_
- Experience implementing changes to CRM front-end through configuration and customization
- Data quality and management skills, to ensure data integrity
- Troubleshooting technical issues with the platform
- Knowledge of how to manage/maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams
- Experience in supporting and training end-users
- _Knowledge and experience in using Dynamics 365 Dataverse APIs, low-code/no-code Power Automate, Power Platform and Power Apps._
- Understanding of relational data models used within Microsoft Dynamics, and experience in building and maintaining corporate reporting within Power Bi.
- Experience in building Power Automate flows to synchronise disparate data sources
- Knowledge and experience with Dataverse APIs
- _Excellent analytical skills and able to analyse complex data sets from multiple sources_
- _High standards of accuracy and precision; operational discipline; ability to deliver against tight deadlines, both working alone and as part of a team._
The Dynamics Functional Consultant will also be responsible for the Application Support team.
**Certifications required**:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

**Location and Working Arrangements**
You will be based at Aspire’s Gateshead Quayside Head Office with occasional travel to other Aspire locations as required.
We offer hybrid working where possible to support work-life balance.
**Hours of Work**
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
