Explore Learning are looking for inspirational leaders to take the reins of one of our children’s education centres. In this role you'll have overall responsibility for growing your membership and delivering an outstanding face-to-face tuition service to children in your local area.

As a Centre Lead, you'll be accountable for leading a team of tutors and your assistant manager, ensuring that together, you provide an engaging and professional service to your families. You'll also work closely with your members each day to ensure you nurture a genuine relationship with them, and fulfil their membership needs. What's more, you'll learn a ton of new skills to master the delivery of our service. No two days are the same

**Key responsibilities**
- **Accountability for growing **your membership through community outreach and reputation building
- **Responsibility for leading and training** a growing team of tutors and managers
- **Ownership over the delivery** of our tuition sessions and providing quality feedback on progress
- **Role modelling** **first class tutoring **within literacy and numeracy to children and their families

**Ideally, we'd look for you to have**
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team
- A strong passion to work within an educational setting with children
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player qualities with a strong desire to work collaboratively towards a goal
- A drive and ambition to deliver an exceptional educational service to families

**Benefits**
- Salary: £28,000-£29,000 PA
- Location: Reading, Winnersh, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Oxford
- Contract: Full time, working Tuesday - Saturday
- Holidays: 28 annual days holiday + wellbeing and volunteer days
