We're looking for an absolute superstar to join our client's team as a Residential Support Worker in Peterborough. If you're passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential and you're ready for a role that will challenge and inspire you, then keep reading

If successful you will be working for an independent therapeutic children’s care provider dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the children and young people.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing a quality care and support to children and young people
- Building positive relationships with the young people and getting involved with their educational, therapeutic and social activities
- Working closely with external agencies to ensure the best support is in place

**Who we're looking for**:

- A person with previous experience in a similar role, ideally 1 years’ experience as a Residential Support Worker
- An understanding and caring superstar who knows how to provide top-notch support to young people from traumatic backgrounds
- A problem solver who can think on their feet and handle challenging situations like a champ
- Someone who holds or is willing to work towards Children and Young People Workforce Level 4 or an equivalent
