The Role of Deputy Manager
We are looking to hire a Deputy Manager to work alongside the Home Manager to deliver high standards of care, leadership, and child protection. To act as a role model, portraying a positive, professional image to build positive relationships. Supporting theHome Manager to ensure the home runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, coordinating, supervising, directing, and facilitating the team in delivering high standards of care while ensuring the children and young people receive physical, psychological, emotional,and social support.
Deputy Manager Benefits
- Core working Hours: 9 - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to £28,000 (Dependent on experience)

Deputy Manager Requirements
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential for Children and Young Adults or willing to work toward.
- Level 3 or Higher in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
- A management qualification at least at or equivalent to NVQ Level 4.
- At least one year's experience of working at a senior level in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of legislation relating specifically to Care Homes (regulations and standards), including registration and inspection procedures
- Valid Driver's License.
