**What Youll Be Doing**:

- Delivering Compassionate, Personalised Care: Supporting individuals with tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals always with dignity and kindness.
- Building Trusted Relationships: Connecting with clients and their families to ensure they feel heard, respected, and cared for.
- Supporting Our Team: Conducting spot checks and offering constructive guidance to colleagues, helping them grow and thrive.
Upholding Quality Standards: Ensuring our care services meet the highest standards, in line with CQC and LJWB expectations.**What Were Looking For**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in a senior care role.
- A strong grasp of CQC requirements and person-centred care.
- Natural leadership skills and a supportive, motivating approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
