**Dental Front Of House**

Become a part of a striving modern dental practice providing latest technology based dental treatments.

**We are looking for a friendly caring **with exceptional public relationship skill to lead our front desk team and ensure the smooth operation of our patient lounge. As a Dental Reception Lead, you will be responsible for organising front of house processes and managing patient interactions along with maintaining an organised welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Be the face of our practice providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone and updating patient records
- Supporting the management and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Informing patients of our services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Organising Events like open days, staff hang outs, Christmas duos etc
- Assist in Marketing & Promotions
- Participate in Staff Meetings & Trainings when appropriate
- Organising collection and delivery of laboratory works
- Drafting patient communication letters
- Promote Practice Memberships to Patients
- Provide Administrative and Managerial Support to the Clinical Director & Business Development Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software ideally DENTALLY however not necessary training would be provided.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship skill
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

**Working Hours**:Part or Full Time ( Would Consider any 3 days )

**Operating Hours**:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm ( includes 1 hour of unpaid lunch break)
Friday: 8:00am -5:30pm ( includes 1 hour of unpaid lunch break)
One Saturday per month: 8:45am - 4:00pm( only when required) ( includes 30 minutes of unpaid lunch break)

**Hourly Rate**:Ranges £12.50 - 13.50 depending upon experience and qualifications
