We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Facilities Coordinator to keep things running like clockwork. **Please note, this role is part time for 30 hours a week working Tuesday to Friday.**

**What you'll be doing**

- Ensuring compliance and safety standards are met - including record keeping, PPM activities, and emergency preparedness.

- Pitching in with occasional out-of-hours work or travel to other sites (with notice, of course).
- Playing a key role in a fun, professional team that loves what they do.

**Your Experience**
- Some experience in a facilities role would be great - but it’s your attitude and willingness to learn that matter most.
- A natural communicator who thrives on helping others and building strong relationships.
- Great organisational skills and an eye for detail - you’re calm under pressure and great at juggling priorities.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic finance processes like POs and invoicing.
- A proactive, upbeat mindset - you're the kind of person who sees problems as opportunities and brings positive energy to the team.

**What's in it for you?**
- Investment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunities.
- No dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. You'll even get your birthday off, too
- A pension plan for your future.
- Complimentary refreshments in all our offices.
