JOB TITLE: Facilities Project Coordinator REPORTING TO: Head of Facilities & Security

**Role Overview**

To create and implement robust project plans and coordinate with stakeholders to track and report on progress of deliverables which align to HL's future strategy, consider and provide key metrics for the team to enable project development and improvement,ensuring oversight of all projects, maintaining project records using collaboration workspace.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Responsible for tracking and reporting workflow and project activity
- Evolve the holistic vision of project requirements and develop the process for project deliverables, including service provision
- Delivery of reports in a concise format with aim to provide clear insight on project progress, to share with stakeholders
- Assess/monitor contractor response times to projects, critical to maintain momentum
- Document and report on project risks and escalate appropriately
- Expand knowledge of core projects by analysing & interpreting a wide range of data.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Confident working under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously
- People management skills
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
- General awareness of the Facilities Sector
- Experience of project plans and task scheduling
- Experience of and understanding of annual budget analysis
- Practical experience in dealing directly with external third parties
- Ability to analyse & interpret (potentially complex) information
- Clear understanding of commercial confidentiality
