Sales Coordinator

**Your role at Orbit.**
- The Sales Coordinator will work within the team providing administrative support for sales launches, events, reservations, exchanges and completions.
- To co-ordinate the checking, signing and sealing of all legal documentation associated with the Sales Team.
- To ensure Sequel, Dynamics 365, Power Bi and MyData are kept up to date with information provided assisting in maintaining the weekly movements are updated.
- To support the Sales and Marketing Team with compliance by co-ordinating Health & Safety, including ordering of PPE, completion of CORE LOGS for Homes England.

**What will help you make a difference.**
- Previous experience working in administration within property sales.
- Good IT skills including experience using MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to self manage and prioritise effectively to meet tight dead lines.
- Previous customer facing experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively face to face, in writing and over the telephone.
