About the role
We know that one of the most annoying things to come across in a video game is a completely senseless translation: it can ruin the whole experience If you've ever found linguistics issues while playing a video game you will know what we mean.

The good news is that we have a whole team that works tirelessly on fixing these issues and making the experience the best possible.

What is even better is the fact that we're looking for someone with a deep passion for both games and linguistic correctness. Could this be you?

Here at Testronic we help to improve the quality of text within games. If you have a keen eye for detail, are comfortable working in your own language, and want to make an impact in the gaming industry - we are a perfect match

What you would do
- Make sure that the game is free from any spelling, or grammatical errors
- Assess cultural appropriateness of the game
- Confirm that the text, images and audio correspond with each other
- Review the tone and style of the text
- Ensure that translation is accurate and free from any terminology inconsistencies
- Make sure that text is not cut or misplaced

What we want from you
**A perfect knowledge and understanding of English, as well as basic technical skills**. It would be awesome if you already have some previous experience in LQA, translation and proofreading, but it is not a must - we can teach you (almost) everything from scratch. If you are a gamer (all types of games count) - then you are a perfect match.

What we can give you is as follows
**Your job will be project-based, and you will worlk Monday-Friday full-time between 8am and 4pm.** A casual contract is offered to start
- but who knows where that leads if we're both as happy as we hope to be? We also offer a project bonus, and guarantee daily contact with some awesome people from all around the world. We work in a very informal atmosphere, and have access to GAMES - a lot of new, unreleased games.

What will happen once you decide to apply?
- We will invite you to an online meeting with a Recruiter.
- You will receive an invitation to participate in an online assessment session where you will take some language and linguistic tests.
