We have an exciting position available for a an **Internal Sales Account Manager** to join a rapidly growing, already reputable SME based in**Andover.**This company already have a huge key client base and a 5* trust pilot rating, with a large pipeline of potential existing accounts that, (with a little bit of nurturing and developing from you) could become one of their strategic Key accounts.
The Internal Account Manager will take final responsibility for delivering targeted sales objectives, revenue and gross profit for the region. This will involve managing customer accounts, maintaining the long-term relationship with all contacts and maximisingsales opportunities.

**Key duties and responsibilities...**
- Taking ownership of your region and manage customers to deliver sales revenue in line with target on a monthly basis
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs within your region and arrange regular contact, liaise with External Sales Representatives as required, to ensure all opportunities are followed up and developed.
- Establish multiple points of contact with the customer’s influencers
- Generate enquiries to be quoted, and if applicable, passed to the internal sales team to be processed.
- Develop strategies to increase spend of existing accounts, through gap analysis
- Report clearly on all sales activity by recording Events and Calls on NetSuite. Ensure that all actions are assigned, and tasks created in NetSuite as appropriate
- Resolving any client issues and complaints to maintain trust
- Completing administrative tasks as requested by the Management Team, such as planning and presenting reports on account progress and goals

**Requirements**:

- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of proven and effective Sales Techniques
- Effective sales negotiation and customer relationship building
- Good interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a wider team
- Positive attitude and approach to working
- Results orientated with ability to work to tight timelines
- Strong time management skills including working on multiple projects
- Process driven with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
