**Role Description**:
Are you analytical? Do you like working in a team and building strong relationships? Do you have a curious mind? If so, you would fit right into the Global Currency, Commodities and Derivatives Operations Balance and Account Management team.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure balance management monitoring processes are completed timely each day
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions to resolve exceptions throughout market cut-offs
- Completion of supervisory checks and approvals on key process controls
- Escalation contacts for external agent banks
- Investigation of root cause of overdrawn bank accounts identifying process improvement opportunities
- Active involvement in the bank account maintenance, opening and closing processes
- Contribute to the global Balance & Account Management strategy & initiatives, partnering with the wider global team
- Challenging the team’s processes and generating ideas to improve how we do things
