**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the production of monthly management accounts
- Reconciliation of balances on a monthly basis
- Build relationships with Heads of departments to make sure all income and costs are correctly considered and any variances to budgets are explored and understood
- Create and inform head of departments to communicate performance and give them the ability to better control their budgets.
- Guarantee full reconciliation of all control accounts such as accruals, pre-payments, other debtors and creditors, ensuring they are all reported to the Finance Manager for evaluation before presenting the Management Accounts
- Contribute support to senior management in the annual audit and the creation of the statutory accounts
- Guide and arrange annual budget and forecasting for relevant accounting areas
- Any additional ad hoc finance duties as requested from the Finance Manager, Head of Finance or the CFO
- Be CIMA/ ACCA OR ACA Qualified
- Impeccable IT skills with extensive use of Excel packages
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the expertise to explain financial information to other non-financial members of staff to aid decision making
- Motivated with accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
