**About the role
**Title - **Security officer

**Pay Rate**:

- £11.03 per hour.

**Location**:

- CM24 1FE

**Shift Timings**:

- 4 days - 3 nights - 4 off,3 days - 4 nights - 3 off, Days 06.00 to 18.00 hrs. Nights 18.00 to 06.00 hrs. (56 Hrs. per week)

You will be working in an aviation port which deals with importing and exporting. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security for staff and visitors.

**Your main responsibilities may include**:

- Patrolling the site premises.
- Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the site.
- Confidently calling for help in emergency situations.
- Effectively working the barriers, completing pass checks, and building positive relations with visitors and staff.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following
- SIA License.
- Driving license
- Must be in the UK for 5 years
- 5-year checkable work/career history
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.
