Servo is recruiting passionate and dedicated Supervisors to join our Wessex team that operates in the Portsmouth area.

The position is to oversee, coach and ensure the safe operation of up to 25 Welfare officers on any shift.

The Welfare officer's duties are to mitigate trespass and suicide at our client's stations.

We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. He/she will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching resolving issues and serving as a link between employees and upper management.

The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to employees.
- **Responsibilities**_

Organise workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Receive complaints and resolve problems.

Pass on information from upper management to employees.

Prepare and submit performance reports.

Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance.

Employ And train new employees.

Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary action if the need arises.

- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role.
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Have worked in a customer-facing role previously.
- A willingness to learn.
- Able to visit our Office in Higham’s Park E4 9HH or Brookwood Surrey to attend training, there are also external courses provided over online learning platforms so access to a computer with camera and microphone/speakers. (we can support you if you do not have a computer)
