**Job Title**: IT Project Lead

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

**Location**: Ware, Hertfordshire

**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (Hybrid working available)

**COMPANY PROFILE**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our well-established client who provide market leading technology. They are looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to join their team as an Implementation Project Lead.

There will be a hybrid mix of client visits, working from home and days in the office. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours if critical IT projects need to be delivered.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Experience of building user interfaces on Epos systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Cabling and peripheral accessories
- Experience troubleshooting
- UK driving license and own vehicle

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting clients with their new sites by implementing the software
- Carry out hardware, server deployments
- Training and updating operating processes
- Supporting the client through their opening
- Build user interfaces for new clients
- Supporting existing sites with their Epos needs

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increases with length of service)
