Implementation Project Lead

**What we need you to do**
Your main role will be supporting our clients with their new sites by implementing our software, training the team, and supporting the client through their opening. As well as supporting existing sites with their Epos needs.
You will also get involved in hardware, server deployments and very importantly, training and updating our operating processes
But that’s not all, we also have international clients as well, so you could end up working is other exciting countries too
**What we need from you**
- Experience of working with Epos systems, minimum of 3 years
- Experience with the process of managing a customer facing project and managing customer expectations
- Familiar with databases and building of systems to customer needs
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- A working knowledge of basic networking( TCP/IP, Switches, Routers and cabling) and peripheral accessories
- Troubleshooting skills
- Have a great customer service attitude
- Experience of supporting both internal team members and external clients if required
- Great communication skills, particularly experience of customer interactions
- A commitment to being a terrific team player
- A savvy tech mindset, energy, passion and a great attitude towards hard work.

The salary ranges from £30 to £35k per annum depending on experience; we are happy to consider a higher salary if you have the right experience and capabilities. We also offer 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Working hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm in hybrid mix of client visits, working from home and days in our office in Widford. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours if critical IT projects need to be delivered.
