LGA Management Beauty are looking for a new team member to join the London Office.

Principal

**Responsibilities**:
Your job description includes but is not limited to:

- Organising travel arrangements, booking flights, hotel and cars etc. for artists, assistants and director.
- Liaising with artists directly or through their assistants to produce shoots/shows.
- Creating estimates, managing budgets.
- Keeping the artist’s schedule and production booklet up to date.
- Keep jobs within the allocated budget.
- Finalising jobs after completion and signing off invoices.
- Maintaining and updating of artist’s portfolios, websites, iPad portfolios.
- Organising assistants and producing call sheets for shows (Paris/Milan/New York).
- Assisting with portfolio meetings and other promotional requirements.
- Assisting with organisation of office materials and supplies.
- Maintaining Instagram content.
- Attending fashion shows backstage and taking images/films for social media content.
- Responsible for artist imagery/publication/calling in PDFs/Tearsheets etc.

- Professional communication with artists.
- Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills.
- A high level of accuracy in all communications, documents and work.
- Effective and timely communication and feedback with the team and line management.
- The ability to maintain good relationships with artists and their teams.
- Collaborative teamwork.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
