**The Role - Your Focus and Contribution**
- Working in line with compliance legislation
- Completion of all tenancy and reposit renewals adhering to SLAs
- Ensuring appropriate communication with SAM regarding notices received
- Deposits and reposit registered inline with SLAs
- Ensuring all compliance documentation on internal system(s)
- Responsible for completion of pre-tenancies
- Co-ordinate key and fob handovers and tenant move-in
- Management of parking
- Ensuring referencing is completed in line with SLAs
- Processing of holding deposits inline with legislation and SLAs
- Provide impeccable customer service levels and contribute towards positive brand reputation
- Complaint handling
- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date with all contact details and relevant notes
