**Your role at Orbit.**
Newly created role working with our Service Charge team. Reporting directly into the Head of Service, you will manage and deliver all key documents and reports to ensure the wider team can carry out year end reconciliations and use the data to set budgets for all properties.

For this role, we are looking for and advanced Excel user, ideally with some knowledge / understanding of the Service charge function. You will be processed focused, be able to use and manipulate data to produce accurate and timely reports.

You will be producing Excel based budget statements for the Service Charge and Property Management teams to review and take a lead on year end Service Charge reports.

You will be responsible for writing and amending VBA code to ensure source files are up to date and fit for purposes, working with wider teams including finance to ensure the information they receive is accurate.

- Advanced excel user, to include VBA code writing
- Service Charge knowledge/experience
- Good analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines

**Beneficial**
- Previous experience working within Housing
- Property experience
- Working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law
