**Job Purpose**:
To contribute to the growth and success of the Company by coordinating the successful implementation of new services, driving improvement, change control and projects.

**Main Responsibilities**

**PRIMARY**
- To manage the implementation of all new Pharmaceutical and NHS contracts to operational effectiveness
- To work with all functions across the business to ensure the robust implementation and delivery of new contracts.
- To contribute to current business processes and deliver projects to improve quality and efficiency within the new service implementation process
- Develop positive working relationships internally with other departments and externally with clients and customers to ensure successful new service implementation
- Proactively provide good quality advice and data to managers, supporting and challenging them to enable their effective engagement with HealthNet’s improvement and new service implementations

**SECONDARY**
- Continuous Improvement: Lead 5S activities, resource analysis, time and motion studies, understanding processes, drafting processes and drafting process flows, Kaizen activities, improving efficiency.
- Provide key stakeholders with monitoring reports and information, including analysis and advice
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of the relevant legislative and regulatory changes which affect the work of HealthNet.
- To undertake such other duties of a comparable nature elsewhere in the organisation as may be required to facilitate development and service flexibility, and any other duties as requested by the Continuous Improvement Manager or Head of Quality
- Some travel and overnight stays will be expected from Swadlincote to Featherstone site.
**Experience**:

- Experience of implementing new services
- Experience of Lean methodology
- Previous healthcare experience would be preferable but not essential
- Experience of working with a QMS would be preferable but not essential

**Qualifications**:

- Change management or Project management certification preferable but not essential
- Six Sigma or HND/Degree equivalent preferable but not essential.

**Confidentiality and GDPR**:

- Observe and adhere to at all times, the Confidentiality and GDPR statements listed in the contract of employment.
- Always adhere to and enforce the most up to date version of the Confidentiality and GDPR policies and ensure any breaches of either policy is reported immediately to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
**Pharmacovigilance**
- Pharmacovigilance training is mandatory and carried out during induction. Training will provide the knowledge to report all patient safety events and product quality events you may become aware of, from any source, within required timeframes.

**Good Distribution Practice**
- To be trained in Good Distribution Practice and follow GDP standards at all times during the course of your work as defined in the Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01)

**Health & Safety**
- Adhere to and enforce the most up to date version of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy at all times and ensure all Hazards, near miss, accidents, unsafe working practices and breaches of the policy are reported to the HSE responsible person within the Organisation.

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
