An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing Team at Precision Resource Group (PRG), a group of senior level recruitment firms headquartered in the centre of Bristol who are on the lookout for a talented and hands-on Graphic Designer with strong design software skills and a creative eye.

Working alongside the Head of Marketing and rest of the rapidly growing Marketing Team, you will work across the 5 group brands to assist in carrying out targeted, tailored brand, marketing and content strategies to support our business achieve our aggressive but achievable growth targets  We don’t outsource our marketing so you’ll get first-hand experience of working on live projects from the word go, from ideas inception right through to delivery.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The main aspect of the role is to create high quality content for all marketing products. The role will involve creative thinking, internal stakeholder engagement and the creation of online and offline marketing materials and video content.

You will possess skills that include the ability to manage time, produce artwork in a variety of styles, understand design and have excellent communication skills.

You will be equally comfortable working on their own as well as part of a team and enjoy the challenge of a fast moving and evolving environment.

This will also include
- Demonstrable experience in the field of graphic design with good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat.
- Designing a wide range of marketing materials for use in both online and offline channels including social graphics and videos, roller banners, business cards etc.
- Producing and editing videos and audio content across all brands for internal and external promotion.
- Ensuring the brand look and feel and tone of voice is consistently applied and maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Great attention to detail 
- A good communicator 
- Creative minded
- Copywriting skills
- Fantastic organisation skills 

**Desired**:

- Photography and videography skills are desired but not essential
- Experience in a marketing role  
- Marketing or design related qualification

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
