As a Graphic Designer, you’ll produce materials across a wide range of formats—from printed leaflets to digital and social media assets—supporting engineering, infrastructure, and customer education. You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Lead Graphic Designer to plan workloads, meet tight deadlines, and deliver a consistent high‑quality visual approach.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and producing creative assets for campaigns and communicationsEnsuring brand consistency across all visual outputsCollaborating with marketing and content teamsManaging multiple design projects simultaneouslyWorking under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standardsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience and confidence operating in a Graphic Design roleStrong graphic design skills across digital and print formatsProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteA strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detailAbility to present complex information in a clear and engaging wayAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline‑driven environmentEducated to degree level or equivalent training/experienceSkills in video, audio, or animation production would be an advantageWhat's in it for youOngoing development and training in a long‑term careerExcellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, discretionary bonus, competitive pension, share‑save scheme, health benefits, wellbeing programmes, group discounts, cycle‑to‑work scheme, and financial support servicesClosing date: 10th December 2025Be yourself, we like it that way.
