The Role: What you will do?
**The Role**:
We are looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work within our IAPT (_Improving Access to Psychological Therapies_) service based in our Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Service. This is a fixed-term role lasting around 12 months.

**Are you a passionate PWP, can you demonstrate?**
- Qualification from Low Intensity IAPT Course (PG cert)
- Experience of providing low intensity interventions for common mental health problems
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills - Microsoft Office/Patient record systems

**Skills and Experience**:
Essential:

- Qualification from Low Intensity IAPT Course (PG Cert)
- IAPT Supervision Training (Step 2 Low Intensity) or willing to attend Supervision Training
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

- Experience of facilitating groups
- Use of Iaptus Patient record system
- Use of Silvercloud cCBT system
