**Role Summary**:
Due to continued growth within core markets for Heatric in Poole we want to offer several roles as a Welder/Fabricator.
The Welder Fabricator role is pivotal within the business as it is supporting the growth of the business; playing a key role in developing bespoke designs for Heat Exchangers. Working with technical drawings you will help drive the need for professional standards, using your extensive skillset and creativity whilst shaping Green Energy over the next decade.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Carry out all aspect of PCHE Manufacture to high standard focus on quality and right first time.

Pass all standard weld procedure qualifications.

Complete welds on basic non-complex structure, supports, supports to A blocks, header wedge assembly, welding PCHE’s to comply with ASME IX standards

Ensure timely completion of all tasks and welding activities keeping focus on OTD (on time delivery)

Carryout all production requirement’s in line with the production schedule and as defined by your team leader

Compliance with all HSE standards and reporting process

Carry out Heatric lifting operations in accordance with Heatric standards

Compliant with all machinery safety processes and procedures

Ensuring high level of reporting unsafe conditions/unsafe acts, identifying opportunities for improvements

Complete all mandatory training to Heatric defined standards

High standards of 6s to be demonstrated in all areas

**Skills, Knowledge & Attributes**:
**Education**:A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations is preferred.
**Certifications**:Vocational training, apprenticeships in welding or the equivalent experience in related field
**Years Experience**:0-2 years of relevant experience
**Skills**:

- Knowledge of welding techniques
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and weld prints
- Strong knowledge of basic math
- Ability to recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
- Good communication and organizational skills

- Thursday working 15:00 - 01.15am.
