**Title: Fabricator Welder / MIG Welder**

The Best Connection are recruiting **Welder/Fabricators **for several roles **Poole.**

Working in a broad range of construction sectors from inner city office/residential high rise, building refurbishment, turnkey car parks, rail sector, industrial structures such as power stations and also the nuclear sector.

Whether you are a** highly skilled and fully qualified welder/fabricator** or just **starting out** in your welding/fabricating career and **willing to learn and develop** we want to hear from you

**Overtime available**

**Ideal Applicant**:

- Ability to MIG/MAG weld and fabricate to a high standard.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Preferably Qualified to operate overhead crane.
- Operate and use various hand and power tools.
- Ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and results driven.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills with ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work overtime
- Formal Welding and Fabrication qualifications.

**You may be required to undertake a fabrication / weld test as part of the interview process.**

Pay Rates from **£11 - £15.97 **depending on experience

Both **temp to perm** and **straight perm **options available.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Overtime Available
- Training Provided
