Job DetailsRecruiting, leading, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver best in class claims costs and straightforward customer service - ensuring we’re always acting in service of good customer outcomes- Building the capability of the team by understanding knowledge, technical and behavioural gaps and delivering solutions to bridge them, by working collaboratively with your Technical Specialist- Coaching colleagues in their work and helping to problem solve, using data and observations to identify areas for improvement against a clear set of outcomes- Owning and driving individual and team performance against agreed KPI’s, outcomes and measures and proactively taking action when needed- Setting and creating a high performance culture and an environment where colleagues are engaged and can thrive through clear direction and support, celebrating success well and recognising colleagues with your team (and more widely) where they’ve delivered excellent results- Managing colleague processes as needed, such as absence, under performance, behavioural concerns etc.

Skills we would love you to haveExperience of leadership, coaching and supporting colleagues with the ability to showcase how you’ve build capability and a high performing team- Strong ‘outcome’ mindset with the ability to focus on the bigger picture and drive decision making to ensure we meet our bold ambitions- Strong stakeholder management skills combined with a flexible leadership/communication style

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
