**About us**:TFE is a unique alternative to normal boring gyms that’s more fun, more effective and actually focuses on member results

TFE Members have unlimited access to over 60 weekly 45min coach-led sessions that run from 6am to 8:30pm. Our main fitness offering consists of our constantly varied bootcamp of the day (BOD) program, as well as strength training (Build & Burn), HIIT based sessions (Metcon), as well as other specialist sessions (Weightlifing, Recovery). We favour functional kit over treadmills and love to train our members using kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, slamballs, resistance bands and sandbags.

**As a TFE Coach your role will be to**:

- Coach a variety of different functional fitness based sessions
- Ensure 100% member success and satisfaction.
- Be there for our members, learn their name and goals and provide a 5* personalised service for them.
- To coach our members - offering a Personal Training level service within a group setting.
- To work with the senior coaching team to level up your skills as a coach and be the best version of yourself.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Wants to WORK HARD to grow their own business and a career within our studio.
- Wants to break away from the mold of working in a typical (boring) gym
- OR Is a recently qualified PT looking to break into the industry.
- Loves group exercise and is able to deliver a 5* personalised service to each member within that session
- Loves to develop meaningful relationships with members and help progress them through their fitness journey
- Loves coaching
- Wants to develop their skillset and coaching ability
- Is business driven and wishes to develop or grow their own personal training business
- Values hard work, consistency and commitment to the company and the industry they are working for
- Is flexible, can work evenings and weekends and is not afraid to get stuck in

**TFE will provide for you**:

- Our foundation coaching program for at least 12 weeks (using a recognised training provider), helping to develop your skills as a coach.
- A warm and welcoming environment that puts coaches and coaching first.
- A fantastic PT environment with lower-than-average PT rent and a fantastic facility from with to grow and develop your PT business.

**Job specifics**
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Mixture of Morning (6am-1pm), Evening (4pm - 8:30pm) and Weekend (8am-12pm) shifts
- Available to start immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
