**About AG Martial Arts**:
AG Martial Arts is a vibrant kickboxing school based in Hampshire, teaching over 600 students from ages 3 and up. Our focus is on instilling confidence, discipline, and physical fitness in our students, guiding them through an exciting journey from white to black belt. Our school creates a welcoming, fun, and engaging learning environment where every student is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

We're seeking an energetic, passionate, and skilled Martial Arts Instructor who will inspire our students to excel in kickboxing. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse age groups, primarily children aged 3 to 13, with a smaller market of students aged 14 and up.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing high quality, engaging martial arts instruction to students of all ages and levels.
- Preparing lesson plans that align with our curriculum and guide students through the process of earning their belts.
- Overseeing students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintaining a safe and clean training environment.
- Managing class schedules and ensuring punctuality.
- Participating in special events, workshops, and demonstrations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in kickboxing is preferred, but not mandatory. We value passion and commitment above all, and provide an in-depth training programme.
- A valid driving license is required due to the need to transport equipment and travel to remote locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

- a) Take a weekly class and have your own set of students
- b) Be qualified and ready to jump in to teach any classes that need covering.
