**THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
- Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions and maintaining a high level of communication and consultation.
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
- Actively source and pipeline for diverse technical talent by unlocking the hidden talent market beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including x-ray searches, boolean, organisational outreach, and diversity outreach.

Gather, analyse and present data related to the supply/demand of talent, the labour market and compensation hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data to help influence recruiting improvements.
Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes
- You will be responsible for advising and partnering with our R&D leaders to recruit and build high performing, diverse & inclusive teams.
Leverage market data and insights to help advise the business into making strategic hiring decisions.
- Partner with extended TA Leadership and Operations to execute on TA related projects, programmes, and initiatives.
- Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- You will build rapport and trust with hiring managers, and support their adherence to recruiting best practises.
- You will participate in the creation, implementation, and/or maintenance of talent acquisition projects and programmes.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Experience sourcing a variety of technical roles like; Software Engineers, Product Designers, UX Designers, and Researchers

- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Experience building and using a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including Internet research
Location: You will be given the flexibility to work hybrid in-office or remote work anywhere in the UK.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, 2 years in tech highly preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders.
Experience with Jobvite ATS a plus
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc).
- Innovative out-of the box thinker. You know the playbook but you're not limited by it.
- A positive attitude: you're a team player and you work effectively with different teams.
- Proven organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
