We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a sunny, helpful, and giving personality who are looking to make a meaningful impact in their community. You will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care assistant role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: £12.30 per hour
