**Job description**
Medsolve are recruiting for Neurological Care Assistants to join our team immediately. We need strong, dedicated individuals with a passion to provide the best medical care to our service users and residents in our Whickham based Care homes.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
- 6 months experience as a care assistant with residents who have experienced strokes, brain injury or suffer with dementia
- An interest in neurological based care
- Experience in moving and handling
- Enhanced DBS Updated (if not, we can provide this for you)
- Dedication to provide a duty of care
- Driving license (preferred but not essential)

**THE ROLE OF A CARE ASSISTANT**:
- Neuro disability centre providing rehabilitation services to people with neurological and long-term nursing conditions
- Providing personal care and assisting them with their daily routine, such as bathing, dressing.
- Working as part of a team to ensuring the highest standards of care are provided 24/7.
- Assisting residents while utilizing moving and handling equipment.
