This is a 12 month FTC part-time role working 26 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £13,850 per annum and benefits package.**:
**General Overview**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- Provide information, advice and services to residents on behalf of Qwest Services and Cheshire West & Chester Council
- Provide information, advice on services of the council, external agencies and organisations
- Take responsibility for resolving queries or completing action arising from customer enquiries to act as an advocate on behalf of the customer
- Work as part of the Customer Services Team to provide a cohesive service to the customer
