We are a rapidly expanding flat roofing specialist seeking a top-notch Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent planning skills, and a strong command of technology. We have an operational base in Weston-super-Mare, but as all our systems are cloud-based, this role can be carried out from our base or from home, depending on your location. However, you will be required to visit our base from time to time, so you need to have a car and licence, plus be willing to travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Installation Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and project management software
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- BSc in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
