You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running the carers for a domiciliary care service based near Poole.
This is a field-based role covering the Poole region, where you'll report to the Registered Manager and will be tasked with the following:
- Ensuring quality care is provided
- Supporting service users
- Ensuring care plans are adhered to
- Conducting client assessments
- Conducting audits and spot checks
- Supervising 25 carers in supporting 500 hours of care
The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 and 1 weekend in 2.
**What experience do I need?**
My client wants someone who's got a background in working within the domiciliary care sector.
In addition, you'll need a NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
You'll also need to be the following:
- Outgoing
- A people person
- Confident
- Able to work well in a supportive, charitable team environment
- Highly organised

**What can I earn?**
This Field Care Supervisor position offers a basic salary between £22,000 - £22,500 per annum.
