**Job description**

Bespoke Care Care is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to work along side our carers in the community and with gthe management team back at our office in the centre of Bournemouth.

You will need a driving license and car for this role.

This role is between 20-30 hours per week including care work outside of office hours when required.

At Bespoke we all take in turns with Weekend Working and covering holidays and sickness. This role would mean working every other weekend.

At Bespoke we fully support career progression and would provide training in all areas of the buisness.

**About The Role**
- Attending care plan reviews for new and existing clients
- Providing personal care and support within our clients homes in the local community
- Conducting spot checks and competency checks within our clients homes.
- Carrying out initial assesements for new clients.
- Supporting the on-call service on a rota basis.
- Building Relationships with clients and our careres.
- Working closely with other agenicies to ensure safety for our clients and staff.
