At SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, you’ll work in a world where sharks glide by, sea turtles paddle past, and every day brings something new and exciting **Your Role**: As the first friendly face our explorers meet, you’ll: - Offer a warm welcome and answer curious questions. - Work in admissions or retail, helping guests get their day started swimmingly. - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fun, educational, and unforgettable experience. - Share your passion for the weird, wonderful, and totally gross creatures of the ocean. Whether you’re helping someone choose the perfect souvenir or sharing fun facts about our animals, you’ll be at the heart of the action. This is a seasonal contract offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
