**Job Title**: Apprenticeship Enrolment Coordinator

**Reports to**: Partnership Manager

As an Apprenticeship Enrolment Coordinator, you will positively contribute to an effective apprenticeship induction process. A key aim of this role is to ensure our learners are compliant, eligible, and engaged from the beginning of their programme. This will involve speaking to our new learners and forming supportive relationships that make our learners excited to embark on their apprenticeship with us. You will also have an eye for detail to ensure that all apprentices’ evidence packs are complaint and have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with numerous stakeholders across the business.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Apprenticeship Induction process**:

- Successfully contribute to the vision for the desired learner experience from enrolment to launch (onboarding)
- Ensure the eligibility and suitability of the individual at the start of the apprenticeship programme in line with apprenticeship funding rules.
- Effectively manage the administrative processes within the organisation’s MIS systems (Aptem, BKSB, KBResearch)
- Support and evidence initial assessments to showcase that the learner requires significant new knowledge, skills, and behaviours to be occupationally competent in the job role.
- Working with the partnerships manager and apprenticeship manager, support the process of assessing the prior learning and experience of the individual before starting an apprenticeship.
- Escalate information to the partnership manager which may demonstrate the learner is unsuitable for apprenticeship funding or unsuitable for their intended programme.
- Working in partnership with learners, ensure the ILR and other data sources are completed in full.
- Share timely SEND data with the organisation's SEND coordinator to ensure full support can be provided to the learner.
- Ensure commitment statements and apprenticeship agreements are understood and signed by all parties prior to launch as well as updated to reflect any relevant changes.
- Ensure learners are well prepared to embark on their apprenticeship journey by providing outstanding information, advice, and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

**On Programme**
- Liaise with delivery team to ensure compliance ahead of break-in learning from the apprenticeship programme ensuring the evidence pack contains compliant last evidence of learning.
- Coordinate return to learning by working in partnership with the delivery team, partnership manager and line managers.

**Off Programme**
- Liaise with delivery team to ensure compliance ahead of withdrawal from programme ensuring the evidence pack contains compliant last evidence of learning.
- Support the delivery team to ensure gateway and achievement compliance (evidence of last learning, gateway approval, minimum duration and off the job)
- Send Alumni questionnaires to learners to enable the production of engaging and insightful reports, informing the organisation of impact and areas of improvement.

**General**
- Maintain effective administration systems for compliance management, having due attention to recording detail and accuracy.
- Process learner data fairly, lawfully, and transparently in line with The Data Protection Act 2018/General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Keep up to date with the KB portfolio of programmes and be able to communicate these at a high level. - Keep up to date with updates within the sector, ensuring credibility within the role.
- Be part of an inspiring team environment and contribute to an open communication culture.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all approaches.
- Undertake appropriate duties assigned by reporting line management within the scope of the role.
- As a member of the KB team, be a safeguarding ambassador, always ensuring our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our learners and staff is of upmost prority.

Minimum level 2 or GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics
