**The role**:
Oxfam shops rely on teams of committed volunteers to sort, promote and sell a wide range of donated and new products. Here's some things you might be doing with us:

- Engaging with customers and donors
- Opening or closing (depending on the shift time) the store safely
- Handling transactions, financial takings and banking procedures
- Being the go-to person for advice and assistance
- Making sure that shop standards are constantly met
- Overseeing busy periods in the shop
