Customer Service Manager

Are you an experienced Business to Business Customer Service Manager that would like to join a business that will allow you to define and redesign their Customer Service function? Do you have a clear vision of what Customer Service excellence should looklike? If so and you are ready to take on a new challenge then please read on.
The business are a leader within their specialist manufacturing industry and are part of a bigger, global manufacturing group. The current customer service team if made up on 5 individuals that require clear and motivational leadership and someone with visionto take the team to the next level.
You will be part of the Senior Management Team and have a real influence on how the business perform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- End to end ownership of the Customer Service journey. You will devise, design and deliver a strategy that enables the business to expand and grow the business further.
- Lead, train, develop, mentor and empower the current team whilst also recruiting new people into the business.
- Ensure that your customers are provided with a high level of service whilst managing any issues around delivery, quality etc.
- Use all the tools and data available to be able to provide clear date and metrics to the business.
We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced Customer Service Manager within a Business to Business environment. Ideally, you should have led change and transformation and have a proven track record in delivering improvements within your career.
The business has been established for over 50 years and is a specialist manufacturing business. They operate from a head office in Warwickshire, and for the beginning of your employment it is expected you will spend most of your time on site. However, onceestablished you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
