The company is an established sports betting company that operates across areas in Europe, North America and Australia. They have created long-term value for their stakeholders by putting innovation, data and sustainability at the heart of their business.They're also aiming to have 0% revenue from harmful gambling, by always looking to provide their customers with a safe and entertaining gambling experience.
**THE ROLE**
As a Senior PEGA Architect, your main point of focus would be building and analysing customer journeys within the written PEGA platform and working with the CRM team
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Analysing customer data as they interact in-channel, then using the data gathered to personalise their experience in real-time - PEGA
- Working with the CRM team to come up with predictors to use for decision making
- Working with the wider team on data pipelines and figuring out how it flows into PEGA
- Carrying out BAU operations
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
The successful Senior PEGA Architect will have the following skills and experience:
- Need PEGA experience - hands-on
- Need qualifications such as: PCBA, PCDC, PCMC, PCSA/PCSSA
**THE BENEFITS**
The successful Senior PEGA Architect will receive a salary of up to £60,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
