As a tier 1 preferred supplier to one of the world's leading consultancies we have been asked to assist with search and selection of a number of Pega Architects. As the Pega Senior System Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the team. Your role is aboutcreating value through problem solving. You'll work in a team of solution architects both on shore and via distributed service teams to design Pega based solutions and work as part of the team to deliver projects and programmes involving Pega.
Key Skills:
*Great skills in PEGA delivery with training and certification as a CSSA plus 3-6 years solid experience in PEGA development including:
o3-6 years in Pega with good hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series
oStrong PEGA developer with CSSA certification
oHands-on Pega experience for at least 3+ years in multiple projects
oStrong Knowledge in Class Design, UI, Case management, Flows and Integrations.
oExperience in Pega 8.x
oExperience with BPM implementation methodology like Scrum, Pega Express and onshore-offshore mode.
oExperience in Pega DSM, Customer Service framework
oGood Database experience, Scripting experience
oGood Communication and interpersonal skill.
oExperience with client facing role at onsite/offshore
oExperience with estimation
oStrong technical leadership skill
*Have broad demonstrable implementation experience, including:
oLeading development activity and working with Off Shore Teams
oEstimating development options
oCustomer / End Client facing experience
oidentifying and resolving risks/issues
oPerformance tuning and optimizing for PEGA implementations
oExperience in delivering Pega using agile and iterative implementation methodologies
oAgile project and development environments e.g. SAFe, DSDM, Scrumaster, Kanban
oIntegrating development delivery into client DevOps environments
Key Responsibilities:
oWork closely with customer stakeholders across business and technical streams and provide expertise for solving complex business/technical requirements
oSupport and/or deliver Pega POCs and demos
oPresent/Demonstrate Pega solutions, POCs and demos to internal and external customers
oProvide leadership to System Architects within development teams to focus on delivering high quality solutions to client business challenges
oParticipate in Pega community events
