**Salary: £23,000; Plus uncapped commission**

We're looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join the team at Lookers Volkswagen Northallerton.

This role is offered on a 44 hours per week contract with a competitive basic salary and generous OTE. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious people person to begin their automotive career with a market leader.

Our Trainee Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and time again for servicing, MOT and repairs. It is their job to showcase their knowledge and expertise so that our customers have the information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.

With this in mind, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our Trainee Service Advisors through structured training and customer experience workshops.

About you
- You will have heaps of energy and a warm personality with a real passion for delivering first class customer experiences
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily and can explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise
- You will need to be able to maintain accurate customers records
- You will be a great team player but be able to work independently also
- We want to hear from you if you have worked in a customer service role similar role or have a passion for customer service and cars

**About you**

Previous experience using Kerridge also known as ADP would be an advantage.
